Air Duct Heaters from Industrial Heaters comes in various sizes and dimensions to Fit in compartment. There are two types of duct heaters available: Flanged Type and Inserted type with strip finned, tubular or finned tubular heating elements that are Either flanged or inserted in the duct.  Air duct heaters are primarily used in air Flowing ventilation systems and comfort heating applications while process duct Heaters are mainly used for industrial process heating applications (ovens that require Re-circulated air or forced circulation, HVAC & Air Handling Unit).These type of Duct Heaters are available for single bank & Multi bank system.

Tubular elements or Strip Finned Heater are commonly used in Forced Air, HVAC and AHU applications. Consisting normally standard rated flange with several elements or bundle tubular Elements extending from the face of the flange, the metal tubular sheath of material Selected to suit application, surrounds a helical coil of nickel-chrome resistance wire. This electric heater uses direct heat application to the forced air. A thermo well is often used within the bundle of elements to allow for a probe (either a thermocouple, RTD or basic mechanical thermostat) to relay temperature readings to a digital controller that cycle and maintains the desired target temperature. Often a high limit sensor is also used to help protect to high temperature from overheating/ humidity.
