A LEAD bath an electrically heated vessel that maintains Lead / solder in a molten state. Made by SS 316 Sheet and Insulated by High temperature ceramic Insulation. Special Heating element is used for High temperature and Long life with PID controllers. Lead bath Operates at high temperatures (typically 250–400°C / 480–750°F)
APPLICATIONS:
· Dip Soldering – For mass-soldering of through-hole components.
· Tin Plating – To coat wires or components with a solder layer for corrosion resistance or better solderability.
It's used to coat or join metal components by dipping them directly into the Lead / solder bath.
