Duct Heater Round Type produce electric Finned Strip duct heaters in various sizes and dimensions to fit in compartment. The Duct are available with Finned Strip Heater's basic design consists of a helically wound resistance coil placed in a specially designed ceramic insulator. The resistance coil is mechanically connected to screw terminal for positive connection. GI fabricated box is used to house the heater assembly. Fins are mounted to the rectangular GI box. The fins have been specially designed to provide maximum surface contact for good heat dissipation into the finned cross sections, thus resulting in rapid heat transfer to the medium. Finned strip duct heaters are primarily used in air flowing ventilation systems and comfort heating applications, while process duct heaters are mainly used for industrial process heating applications (for re-circulated air or forced circulation, HVAC & Air Handling Unit). These type of Duct heaters are available for single bank & Multi bank system.
