Band Heater
Industrial Band Heater is a cylindrical-shaped electric heater designed to heat the outer surface of pipes, barrels, drums, and cylinders—commonly used in plastic processing, extrusion machines, injection molding machines, and other industrial heating applications.
Band heater wraps around a cylindrical surface and transfers heat through conduction to the surface it's clamped to. It is made with resistance wire elements insulated and protected by metal sheathing, ensuring safe, consistent, and controlled heating.
